This policy explains what data Learn Visually collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data collected
Learn Visually is an educational platform built around in-browser interactive tutorials. Data collection is kept minimal:
- Usage analytics. Learn Visually uses Google Analytics to understand which chapters are read, how long sessions last, and which devices are used. This includes anonymized IP addresses, referrer URLs, browser/OS details, and approximate location at the country level.
- Technical logs. The hosting provider may temporarily record request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
- Local progress.Some chapters store your progress in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
Learn Visually does not sell personal data. No account is required to read any chapter, and no personally identifying information is asked for in order to use the tutorials.
2. Cookies and Google AdSense
Learn Visually uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where applicable, advertising:
- Analytics cookiesset by Google Analytics (e.g.
_ga) help measure aggregate traffic and improve content. - Advertising cookies. Learn Visuallymay participate in the Google AdSense program. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Learn Visually and/or other sites on the Internet.
- DART cookie. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies (such as the DART cookie) to serve ads based on prior visits to Learn Visually or other websites on the Internet.
3. Your choices and opt-out
You can control or opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- Opt out of personalized Google ads at google.com/settings/ads.
- Opt out of third-party vendor cookies at the Digital Advertising Alliance or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Disable Google Analytics tracking in your browser using the official opt-out add-on.
- Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted through their settings. Doing so will not prevent access to Learn Visually content.
4. Third-party links
Some chapters link to external sites for further reading. Learn Visually is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; reviewing their policies separately is recommended.
5. Children's privacy
Learn Visually is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please reach out via the contact page so it can be removed.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
